iamexistin Services provides freelance IT consulting including Cloud Infrastructure (AWS), Email Deliverability Engineering, Server Administration, and related technical services. All engagements are subject to a mutual service agreement or statement of work (SOW) signed prior to commencement.
Payment terms are defined per project contract. Accepted payment methods include Payoneer, international wire transfer, and cryptocurrency. A deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may incur fees as specified in the individual contract.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project. iamexistin Services retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
iamexistin Services will treat all client information, credentials, and business data as strictly confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without written consent.
iamexistin Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of provided services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engagement.
Materials and advice provided are on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding specific business outcomes or results of technical implementations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to any formal legal proceedings.
